SoftLayer_Network_Subnet

Fields totalIpAddresses and usableIpAddressCount are changed from nonNegativeInteger to decimal (in WSDL) and on ruby it results in a change from Integer to Float.

SoftLayer_User_Customer_Link

Added a defaultFlag (Integer) field.
